Regardless of if the starter is the cause of your no-start (it's likely not) it sounds like it hanging up. Either that or your ignition switch.

If it is hanging and you need to get it rebuilt, I suggest bringing it to Torodyne in Rushland - (215) 598-3105. They do all of my alternator/starter work and are generally very good and reasonably priced.

They did have to order a starter solenoid the last time I needed one, so you might want to plan to have it there a couple days.

I tested the ignition switch (through Clarks garage) and I got 0 ohms in resistance. Clarks says that when you test it you should get an infinate number, then it should go to about 0ohms, if it is a good switch. And I got the starter tested last week at PepBoys, and on the reciet or whatever you wanna call it, said that the starter tested Good, solenois Good and a few more things that all thested out GOOD. Thinking I may get it re-tested and bring the battery in also to see if I have enough Cold Crank amps. Worth a try? Thank Daryl

EDIT- I went out to test resistance on the DME relais, and I got "OL" on the ohm meter which according to Clarks that is what I should get if it is good. The tach. did not bounce when I tried to start and shut her down.
