Basically "Enzo" means that someone has already posted whatever subject before.

I bet you can extract more power out of that 5cyl than our 4cyl.

I thought the concept was an excellent idea, bit over the top for street use, but using a some other stock engine and front transmission would work.

I'd like to build (but not going to happen) a 924 Carrera GT clone using either the VW/Audi 4 cylinder turbo, Mazda Miata 4 cylinder turbo or BMW 4 cylinder M3 engine, 6 speed front trans and BMW or similar rear diff.
All the other parts, brakes suspension etc can come off the 951S or 968.

The other thing would be to use different wheel stud spacing enabling use of other wheels.

wow...pretty amazing stuff. I'm a bit surprised that they didn't start with a 924 as I think that the VW 2.0 block is closer to the 5-cylinder

either way, nice build

well considering that that guy off the bat built an 800HP motor whereas the biggest a 951 has put down is 600whp/~700 crank and has been developed for a long time...

My point exactly. If you have the means, then why not.

hot damn, that is an awesome project.

I like how nearly every single thing about his work is custom and unique. So far I think the results are paying well off for him. I'd be happy just to have the stance of that car, just give me the stance, please!!

nobody's bumped a 5 cylinder thread lately...........if granted mod privileges for a day, i'd cancel our

Saturday night out with friends for the chance to be a part of the great 5 cylinder thread combine.

we surmise that this one fizzled.... but we've still got the other ones....
