I'd be interested in knowing as well. My drivers side one will fall down about 1/2" (enough to hit my hat brim) when I go over railroad tracks or other bad bumps. Not enough to warrant going in unknowingly, but if someone tells me what I'm doing I might play with it.

I was wondering the other day if I could reverse the passenger and driver's visors... then at least MY visor would be OK. Anyone know if they are reversable?

I have this problem too. I took it apart and there is a triangular pin in the hinge side that gets rounded off by the pressure clip. I tried the usual electrical tape fix to no avail.
Hey Skip
Does Paragon have this part?

Mine had the same problem (interesting how these cars all seem to develop the same quirky behavior after 17 years).
My solution was to get a "new" used one at Parts Heaven from a lower mileage car. Upon closer inspection you will note the the piece of plastic that holds the metal support rod is probably cracked due to age and use. This reduces the amount of tension/friction on the rod which allows the sunvisor to swing down in your face.
