Default Rear Decal Delete

Anyone here delete their rear "PORSCHE" decal? My car is in for a repaint and I'm debating whether or not to replace it. I know deleting the decal screams "repaint" however I'm adding a 931 valence, euro front bumper and GT Racing rear bumper so the overall look of the car is not exactly stock. I thought someone else had recently posted this question but the search function here didn't come up with the thread.

Pics would be great as well.

This isn't a straight on shot, but it gives you an idea. I think it looks alot cleaner without one.

I didn't bother replacing the Porsche decal when I had my euro rear bumper put on and I think it looks better - I've always thought that the Porsche decal looked kinda cheap

I still have Porsche crests all over the car, but Spidey's right, not everyone will know its a porsche...my one friend accused me of poorly parking my Ferrari last week haha (just to clarify, he was referring to my 924S...I can't actually afford a ferrari...yet)

And it really screams 80S! to me. The Volvo tail lights do quite enough of that on their own.

I just scraped mine off as part of my paint prep. I don't think it's going back on. Actually, other than the header panel crest, I'm not sure anything else is going back on. It already says Porsche in enough places.....spoiler, door handles, steering wheel, wheel center caps, badge on header panel - yeah....9 obvious places. I think I can skip one.

My car has the original paint and I decided to remove mine because I think it looks much cleaner without it. So no repaints here, just cleaner looking without it. I used a hair dryer and a plastic spoon edge to carefully get it off.

Don't know if they're too fat ...lol...it is a 928 part, or too tall.

That MAY fit, but I'm afraid it may not look clean. I could be wrong, it might be cool.

My car didn't come with one when I bought it, it was rather nice. I got pulled over one night because one of my tail lights were out. I distinctly remember the officer talking into his radio somewhere behind the car. "I'll be at the corner of Stone Drive with a (whatever the code is for fix it ticket), vehicle is a red.. car.."
"What kind of car is this?"

I've been thinking of bucking the trend and putting mine back on.

It looks clean but even on original paint it still screams repaint to me. I remember removing it from my first 944 in prep for a repaint. I swear, that was the hardest part of the entire prep, by far. I never got a chance to put the new decal on and I sold the car...
