David,

The Cibie lenses are $90 for the pair without bulbs.

90/100 watt Phillips/Narva bulbs are $10 each and you will probably want 4 to have a spare set as finding good overwatt bulbs, much less at a reasonable price, is tough on short notice.

The adjustable voltage regulator with brushes is 16.50. It comes pre-set at 14.4v and I suggest you leave it at that setting. This is up from the stock regulator which is usually fixed at 14.0v. That extra 0.4v really makes a big difference in getting the battery charged up faster and taking that charge load off the system.

The plug and play wiring kit is up in the air on pricing. The first batch went out at $125 but when I got done looking at the parts cost and labor that has to go up or I need prision labor. I'm toying with 25 or 30 dollars increase.

You can ask the guys that have it about quality. Lots of belts and suspenders. Molex terminals crimped, soldered, electrical silicone RTV, then heat shrink tube. Wiring harness is fiberglass sleeve that will take 1100F for short bursts. Same base stuff that FireBraid uses. Delphi connectors, Hella or P&B weatherproof 40 amp relays made in USA, the list goes on. It will probably last longer than you do.

Give me your feed back as to $155 for the wiring harness. Seems pretty high to me but I haven't figured out how to cut expensive things out and still have a top drawer quality product.

Iceshark,

Put me down for the complete kit and extra set of bulbs, if my addition is correct that comes to
$301.50 + shipping.

How would you like payment?

David, Just send me a check. I haven't had one Rennlist or Pelican member bounce one on me so let's keep it simple.

Your kit will probably get built mid-next week when the fiberglass harness sleeve comes in. That darn Roy Lazelle sucked up the last 30 feet I had so had to order more. <img src="graemlins/roflmao.gif" border="0" alt="[hiha]" />

Drop me an e-mail at wraydan@msn.com and I will give you my mailing address. In your e-mail include your address and whether it is home or business, telephone # for FedEx delivery problems, and whether you want signature required or leave at door. I'll insure it for $300 so we are both covered.

Toss in $20 for pack supplies & shipping and we are square.
