I know a guy that has the following off his 89 turbo for sale:
Rear sway arm
Rear torsion bars
Front control arms
Front sway bar
Front Springs
(Same as an 88 turbo s). Will all this stuff bolt right onto my 88 na? What should I offer him for it as a lowball offer?

The springs will not - everything else will.
No idea on the price - maybe ~$300 - but be sure the control arms have good ball-joints... I'm assuming he upgraded to billet arms - that doesn't mean his old ones were any good.
Good Luck!

So $300 for everything minus the springs ("Rear sway arm, Rear torsion bars, Front control arms,
Front sway bar)? Will using his control arms do me any good or should I not even bother? What good does upgrading control arms do anyway if they're not the defective 86 ones?

Other than that they are very similar to what you already have. As far as the other stuff... it's all basically worthless IMO. The torsion bars are most likely tired and not worth the effort to install. The sway bars might be worthwhile if you can get them cheap, otherwise, just go with the 968 M030 stuff.

How cheap is cheap? And what's the 968 m030 stuff go for?
Thanks.
Everyone else agree big waste of time/money?

Bushings are in the $30-$40 range to replace all of them. 4 for the drop links, 2 for the outer edge of the sway and 2 for the middle of the sway.
968 m030 stuff is in the $400-$450 range + $80 for delrin bushings for the rear bar only. Above price includes bushings, except for the drop links which are cheap.

Just the sways. The biggest difference is that the transition from understeer to oversteer comes much earlier. The body still leans a lot on an autocross course, but I like to think it's because I'm able to push it harder.
BTW, the avatar is pre-upgrade (21mm front, no rear)
For comparison,
