FRporscheman, the dealer is not able to locate on regular PET catalog of parts as this was a rare option on so few 968's. It is not even listed. I will have to check the Euro ("other" versus "local" as they call it) parts source to see if it comes up there or perhaps someone here on Rennlist who has one could make it a lot easier.

Here's few examples of Japan taillights:
This grey car is now in Finland, a friend of mine owns it. I asked him the parts numbers. Most likely #'s are stamped to the housings.
Note also a "Japan-model" licenseplate holder.

160 Euros... Better than the dealer price I'm sure.
Interesting rear bumper - you can tell it's not original because of the cutout for the muffler.
I think it looks more like a 928 S4 tail light than anything else. That's party why I didn't pursue finding some for my car.
