Post Need black interior door handles and trim..

Hey everyone,

I just got some 968 door panels to put in my S2, but the panels are all black and my current door handles are white. SO I think it would look pretty strange with white door handles.

Does anybody have a set of late style black interior door handles in good shape (with the little cup thing they sit in too) that they'd be willing to sell to me? I don't really want to paint my white ones or anything..thanks!

I know of a pair; let me ask! Please don't paint those, that'd be a sin!

Just PM me, and I'll tell you the price.

SHAUN (mideastmafia) is selling some interior door handles with the Porsche crest on them. He posted it yesterday or the day before.

I talked to Shaun about those. I only paid $300 for these entire panels with the speakers and everything. The crested handles are pretty cool but I don't have $100 to drop on them.

The whole college student budget sucks! lol

It was worth a shot.
Could you just paint yours as a temporary fix until you locate some?

I bought a pair of black door pulls from a fellow rennlister in DE. $20 + shipping. They are out there if you look

see below, I think the two tone looks better than all beige

Do what I did. Get a can of black vinyl paint from ACE and spay them.

I spray painted both door panels, amd lower dash panel black. It looks great.

Hey, I even spray painted the carpet on the doors. I can e-mail you some pictures if you like.

I thought about painting them but I'd rather not mess them up if I can get another pair cheap enough. Otherwise I may be doing just that...

Trust me on this one, They will look better than new. Just make sure you use the vinyl paint. Chances are the white ones you have have a dirty white look to them.

I was impressed with my results. It takes a lot to impress me, when it comes to issues like this.

Coolhand. See the pictures at my p-caronline profile.

The door panels were dismantled and spray painted. The lower part of the dash was spray painted insito. Vinyl spray paint comes in many colours. <img border="0" alt="[byebye]" title="" src="graemlins/wave.gif" />
