I once almost had an accident driving through Brighton MA When i spotted the Lotus dealership with not a few ferrari's in attendance.

Also spotted a Lotus in a downtown boston shop window that earned a double take.

Saw one of these going down the street yesterday.

But yes. I know just what you mean. Spotting Ferrari Dealerships is great.

Should you ever be in Sarasota FLA stop by here. http://www.vintagemotorssarasota.com/index.htm

They have an awesome collection and don't mind you wandering around.

I saw what looked like a Ferrari 275GTB with a 49ers flag on the antenna in downtown SF, only to have the damn traffic lights and one way streets conspire to not allow me to get more than a fleeting glance.

In the future, I'll make sure to break more traffic rules to get a look at cars like those.

I'm about as big an admirer of Ferrari as the next fellow, but for me the F50 can't hold a candle to the F40 and in any case, my all time favorite the '84 288 GTO, but this being a Porsche forum, I'd give either of them up for this baby:

Have a dealer a few blocks down the road. See these almost every day. They seem to have a few race cars all the time in the rear bays.

Oh yes; Costa Mesa next to Newport Beach, California.

You mean GT1s, or F50s?

Could be New-Porsche Beach!!!

As to which Ferrari's they have I would guess most all of then as this is the depot for the other SoCal dealers.

I'll see what I can do to take a camera down for a few pictures.

I saw an F 50 on the road in front of the dealership near my house. There was also an F40 there. In new york city, at the lincoln center, there was a Ferrari 250 Gto a 250 TR, and a few other really old Ferraris. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. I wish porsche had that kind of prestige.

be verrrry careful when driving by Ferrari dealers. there is always an idiot trying to see if he can name all the cars in the showroom while hes driving, and of course paying no attention to the red light in front of him.

some of you guys from MA would now jerry, the owner of EPE down here in natick. Well he was driving an F40 down 135 on sat and naturally i saw and i caught up, and then when the road split i pull next to him and see its jerry, he gives me a big smile and a wave and then chirps em and pulls ahead a little. I woulda tried to kick his *** in the 44 haha but too much traffic.

we ended up going into needham after a few turns and pass a cop on the side of the road, i didn't have my license with me(bad). i see his lights come on and i get nervous but he ended up pulling over a camry that was behind us. That made my weekend, first time i've ever seen an F40 on the road, F50 is next and after that gotta see a GT1

A Dodge dealership in town used to always stock a Lamborghini Countach in the showroom. As soon as it was sold, he'd find another to replace it. Soon he'd get al LMOO2 or two. I'd go over there all the time 10-12 years ago (HS age) and the guy in the dealership once let me sit in a red Countach. Thats the tightest ride Ive ever been in and it pretty much my only claim to fame in life.

The President of the PCA - Germany works for Porsche, we were all talking at one of the Auto-X events. He was saying that the only thing that he has driven more powerful then this dudes Ruf was a GT1. I was like "Holy crap you've driven a GT1!" He just said yeah like it was no big deal. The dude that has the Ruf moddified 993 that we were talking about has around 515Hp....
