Well my membership finally went through, so here it is: 1983 Porsche 944, Gaurds Red Exterior/Black interior. This car looks pretty nice, the paint was done a couple years ago by my dad. There are many good body panels, the glass is good, the interior is nice looking, and it is currently a rolling chassis. It still has the trans, but the engine is out and all over my workbench.
We've been stripping the parts out of this car and selling them. There are many new parts as well that we either never installed or only had on the car for a few miles before the rod bearing spun. For those of you who've followed my past posts on this car know that I did a lot of work on it. You can contact me at porschefreak51@yahoo.com or by PM. Let me know what it is that you want and I will quote you a price if it is available. Let the vultures assemble!
Added Pictures on the second page!

I actually have two sets of forged rods, one has an unmatched one though (it replaced the one that spun). I also have a new set of rod nuts, two blocks, two cranks (one machined, one that came out of a running low-mileadge 944), and basically a complete new engine rebuild kit here for sale.

I need a guards red header panel for my 951. I think the non-turbo header panel is the same, but not sure. If it is, and the paint is good, I'll take it. $50 plus shipping to 75052?

Thats good that it won't fit, because I'm not sure if I'm comfortable with cutting through welds to take off body panels (never done it). Besides, it looks like the shell may go to someone on here so I don't want to take something like that off.

I stand corrected...I didn't realize that the nose panel was different from an n/a to a turbo (even though the rest of the nose is different). It does make sense though...interesting
