I have posted here for almost 2 years and I have never answered one of these so here it goes.
I am currently a Navy Lieutenant (recently selected for promotion to LCDR) and Naval Aviator (Helicopters) which should help explain my screen name (it's my callsign). I have spent the last 3 years on shore duty teaching at the U.S. Naval Academy during the day and attending University of Maryland Law School at night.
I am on "terminal leave" (I resigned my commission) and will complete law school this July. Sorry, I just didn't have a short answer.
Regards,
Max

Automotive Engineer. Work for Bosch, Applications Engineer for ABS/TCS/ESP.
Basically, I get paid to play with computers and drive like an idiot. Most recent amusing feature was complete 4-wheel drifts scrubbing speed from about 110mph->60mph. Like a chemistry experiment, converting solids directly to gas, solid rubber to blue smoke...
On the weekends, when I'm not restoring my turbos or managing the websites (www.924.org), I race.

Consultation, Design, Sales & Installation of Theatrical, TV & Touring Entertainment Lighting, Dimming, Control and Special Effects. I make the talent look good! And if the talent is not so pretty, I make the show look good so you don't have to look at the talent while remaining entertained .....For me its like working in the toy store.
I have been known to burn up a Drum Kit in my life, though I'm not currently involved with any project...

Hey Skip, I thought you were a barista at a coffee shop on Bainbridge Island. When did you start working at Denny's?

I work for Daimler Chrysler (Mopar) - I am the second shift UAW Committeeman at my plant. Some of the people I represent don't like the fact that I don't drive any DC vehicles - not even US made - '86 951, '97 M3, '99 Yamaha r1. At least I tell them my German cars are Union made - any IG Metall brothers?

Semi retired Financial Planner/Consultant...Currently enjoying life in the warm Southwest. Too many years of shoveling the white stuff. Dry though it may be out here, I do not have to shovel sunshine!!!!!!
God, after reading some of the posts, I must say I am happy to be (mostly) out of the daily rat race!!!!
Cheers (and, those of you looking for better times, the 70s were no picnic...laid off four times in three years through megers, closings and project cancellations...started as a Systems Engineer. Things will get better)
