Post front end noises long

ive got a strange knocking noise coming from the front right. what happens when the strut upper support bearing and hardware is worn? motor mounts look good and tight. this noise clunks/knocks when i step on and off the gas pedal. and sounds like the front right somewhere. and i seem to feel it in the steering wheel. no noises over speed bumps and any speed and no noise when trying to bounce the front of the car, sitting still, sometimes it makes a little clicking noise when the pads move in the calipers? applying and releasing, but this latest is something more.
new front 250# springs
vertex rebuilt a arms
new koni yellows set hard
new mo30 front bar and bushing
rebuilt/new manual steering rack
968 calipers
928 rotors
porterfield pads
stainless lines
17" twists with kumhos
the only thing left is the strut upper support bearing, and it looks to be in good shape.? its in the air right now, wheels off and next step is to try to move things around with a pry bar? also im thinking a bad arm bushing? maybe jack up the arm first and then pry?
anyone?

If the "spring", or long-curled-flat-metal piece that goes between and underneath your brake pad pins in the calipers loses its tempering it won't exert enough pressure on the pads to keep them from moving around. This results in weird noises. The rivet that holds the two metal pieces together on my car failed allowing the assembly to come apart. A brake hardware kit fixed it, no more noises.

Are the springs lowering springs? Be sure they're seated in the upper perch correctly. How about something loose in the suspension? Have you double checked all the bolts?

ok, you got me. here i was asking for a hardware kit for 993 calipers, boy dont i look silly!
these dont use the flat metal spring aproach, its a hard wire wound gizmo thing, not at all like a 944 spring finger plate.
anyways still looking for the clunking noise.
next step is to drill a long piece of angle with 2 holes and bolt it to the rotor and push and tug on it to try to brake things, with the brakes applied. maybe that way i can find the slop, (i really dont think it would be any worse than driving).
