I cannot believe this car is still available...it's one of my favorite cars on here, hands down! Anyone want a really great (or 'fair' condition) S2 for $12k?

and then get killed by my wife.
i wonder how much less it would be without the wheels/tires, and original seats. I have two sets of 968 cups and a set of D90s.

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'm surprised this car hasn't received more attention also. I may be slightly bias, but I think this is a perfect example of what the 968 should have been from the factory.

I was approached yesterday by a guy at a gas station about buying my car. I told him it's for sale, however I'm not actively selling it. I've been thinking about other options lately. I love the 968, but have been considering a change of pace.
My car is a 92 and has about 120k on the clock right now
Black over Tan, beautiful
The top end was rebuilt within the past 30k miles
Pinion in the past 20k
Brand new clutch with LWFW
Cup II wheels, Toyo's with 80% left
Lowered - H&R springs I believe
Custom Chip
B&B
New OEM 993 style skins on the seats
brand new mats
Amber Euro corners
Aside from a few dash cracks, the interior is as near perfect as a 92 DD could be.
I have all records. This car has been to 2 DE events and an 1 auto x event. Meticulously maintained and babied aside from that. I may be forgetting something, but you get the idea of the car.
I honestly have no idea where this car could be priced. Any help or comments is appreciated.

Don't bash me. I became a member this morning.
My car is officially up for sale. I've thought about it for a while and I'm finally pulling the trigger. I'm selling it for work related reasons, otherwise I would never sell this car. This car was my daily driver (about 6 miles per day). At this point, I'm going to be on the road more often and I just need something that I can fit more than 1 person in. I like driving the truck so I'm now in the market for a Ford F150, E39, E38 or X5. I love the 968, especially this one...It sounds great, looks better and runs perfectly. This car saw 1 event at Sebring before I got the 911 and one Auto X. Other than that, this car has been babied.
About the car:
-1992 Black over Cashmere
-103,093 miles
-993 Style front seats (almost no visible wear)
-New Lloyd's mats (2 months old)
-CupII wheels, Toyo Proxes with less than 5k miles on them
-I had the front bumper / rear spoiler / new GT racing splitter (hasn't even been on car yet) at Superior in Largo, FL (reputation precedes itself).
-Top end of motor was recently rebuilt
-Trans rebuilt recently
-Pinion has been done recently
-Full records. All work has been done at European Performance in St. Petersburg. All of the "recent" work has been done in the past year.
Performance Mods:
-New Fidanza LWFW and Clutch just installed
-Custom exhaust w/ B&B muffler
-Airbox mod
-Koni Yellow shocks
-H&R Springs
-Custom Chip From Kokeln
-SS brake lines
-x drilled rotors
I'm asking $12,500 for the car. This car effectively has less than 20,000 miles on the entire drivetrain. Cosmetically the car looks great. Please email me directly with questions at kramer.mickey@gmail.com open to trades as well.

N/A 944, thanks for the compliment. I agree. I actually agree so much that this morning I decided not to sell it. I have taken this car from stock and made it exactly the car i want (less a turbo and 500whp).
Thank you all for compliments and interest. Looks like I'll continue lurking around the 4cyl water coolie threads as well.

Tom,
it actually had nothing to do with that. It's just that I've been pretty busy at work and was out of town for a little while. Chaos....
Glad to stay in the water coolie community.

Some of you may have seen this, but my car is for sale again. I wasn't quite ready before...A. I wasn't ready to part with it and B. I didn't have a good replacement.
I'm buying a 74 lime green 911 with 46k miles on it. It's a family friend's car and has been in his garage for the past 20 years or so. Being lime green, it's one of those cars I haven't been able to get out of my head since I was a kid.
Anyway...point is, this is my next project and I'm finally ready to sell the 968. Never thought this day would come but it's here. Below is the auto trader link and some recent pics of the car (taken today - 3-7-09). PM with with any questions or email me at kramer.mickey@gmail dot com with any questions.
