Last summer I asked this question over at Pelican in the 911 tech forum. Try a search their. I got a phone number for their HQ and they gave me a number for their distributing center in Jersey.

I got mine at Care Care. But WAITTTTTT!
I redid mine last summer with Wurths and was very disappointed in the results. The paint went on very "dry" and the result is a very rough finish on the interior edges of my PDs. (even after the clear coat).
The facing edges are fairly smooth. So I'm not quite sure what went wrong. Either I am a crappy painter, or there was something wrong with the paint. I shook the paint for over five minutes, applied it in thin coats (may have been my problem - not heavy enough to start), and had the mixed results.
btw: I have heard theat people have used Krylon with very good results.

The guy at carcareonline explained to me that the Wurth's paint is designed to have a clearcoat applied on top or it will look bumpy and crappy. He was very helpful... too helpful in fact since I was calling from work (toll-free number) and somebody was standing in my cubicle waiting to talk to me about something "urgent".
CAN'T A GUY EAT HIS LUNCH IN PEACE?!?! (Apparently not)
But I got the paint AND clearcoat so I'll let you know if he was right or just blowing smoke.

I purchased the Wurth silver paint at my local Porsche dealer's parts department. They had it in stock, but it's sort of expensive for a can of spray paint!
I used it for the base coat on my center caps, and subsequently used an enamel clear-coated on taop (from DupliColor). Looks good but I haven't had the car on the road since (two weeks) due to the recent weather in NE Ohio.

I ordered mine from carcareonline.com. I got 2 cans of silver and 2 cans of clear. Tom H, I also got the same results - I was unhappy with the way they came out. They look grey and have a rough texture. I sprayed many light coats, letting each one dry. It took a total of about a month to finish them (I took my time). I now think I know what I did wrong though. I think I held the can too far away and the paint just kind of fell lightly onto the wheels. I plan to do them over again. Next time, I will probably try holding the can close enough for the paint to actually go on the wheels as a liquid, just thick enough and close enough so that it doesn't run, but still many light coats. I suggest that before wasting $80 on expensive paint like I did, everyone should try spraying something first besides the wheels to get a feel for how the paint should go on.

Rob, your assessment that you held the paint can too far away is probably correct. I noticed that the Wurth paint is a lacquer, which dries very rapidly. These days you normally see enamels for most application, which have a longer "wet" time.

I recieved my paint today. It is a lacquer, which is good news for me. I like working with lacquers. Also, the pigment goes all the way through lacquer, whereas with enamel paints the pigments rise to the surface of the paint and form a skin. Correctly or not, I have always believed that lacquers don't show scratches as readily as enamels. Reading the label, I also see it has a 'synthetic resin' base, which I am NOT familiar with. Does anybody have any insights on possible implications of a synthetic resin base? Cautions, tricks?
