I lost interest in my 944, sad, sad day.

Its a 7.62 by 52 BTW if you got nailed by the big one. Did you get nailed from the behind and did it feel good? Do your research before you get shot by one because you never know what kind of disease you get when you get nailed from the behind. With all the mentioning of gays, I think there is definitely more probability that you are gayer than the rest. Its ok, just don't come up behind me with your short 6 incher wannabe peashooter. I think there are more men congregating at your house at any given time than mine. J/K

I'm HODPCA. I was hoping that the car would be ready for the TPGR event Saturday. I'll be getting my PCA National instructor certification there.
I would probably have kept the 99 Miata except that I have two young girls and a wife I like being around and we all like taking drive outs in a sporty car. My 924 and 944tS have functional rear seats so they won out. The horse power/torque is a big bonus as well.

Is that what you construe as someone asking you out? Must be wishful thinking in fantasyland but its not surprising as gays are generally more creative in their thinking.

what are the odds you find a TS in such nice condition in someone's back yard? It's not concours, but for a car you're gonna run, that one looks great!
Okay let's ante up. Yes the miata has a little smiley face for the bumper. That's questionable. But the shift **** in a 944...

It's Porsche enough to get me access to PCA events. How funny is it that I get to run on track with cars that cost 20X what my car cost?
Other than PCA membership, I would actually prefer that it had the four-rings on the nose. I'm an Audi guy going way back.

TS deal
My other Porsche is an 87 924s sunroof delete that I bought out of a driveway for $500 with a bullet hole in the left rear corner. It spun #2 after I autocrossed it with the oil down about 1/2 qt and R-compound tires...I'm making repairs.
The torque and high speed stability make driving it a lot more pleasant than the Miata's were.
The only thing I would like to change is the speed of the steering rack, it could be quicker. Well...Maybe the weight of the shifter/linkage...

Lol Tom really I couldn't figure out what that smiley is supposed to be. But I guess it could be a purple dude swinging from some nuts.
I'm just pulling your leg on the miata- it's just like the 944, a fun car. I like the 944 flavor more, but I can see why someone would own a miata. It isn't as torquey, or as practical without the hatch, and it certainly doesn't afford as many opportunities to learn how to repair it. But it's still a fun little car. I do, however, go out of my way to beat the older ones that are classed in ES.
It also has the benefit of a non-phallic shifter.
