Denver Porsche Breakfast Club Meeting
Hi fellow Porsche owners,
Just wanted to let everyone in the Denver metro area know that we are having our Porsche Breakfast Club Meeting this Saturday (April 12th) 7:00am to ???.
We will be at our temporary location, Perkin's Restaurant on South Colorado Blvd. in Denver. It is just on the south side of I-25 about a block and a half south from our usual meeting place.
Here's the pertinent information:
1995 S Colorado Blvd. Denver, CO 80222-7901 (303)757-7155
We are not affiliated with PCA, just a bunch of enthusiasts who like to talk about our cars over breakfast, coffee, and out in the parking lot.
Hope to see many of you on Saturday morning!
Thanks,
Erik

Sure would like to see more front engine Porsches on Saturday. I know several of the NASA guy/gals will be in attendance.
Try to make it, we have a great time, and there are alot of P-cars in the parking lot to admire.
Hope to see many from this forum there.

I plan to go see a bunch of buildings for the "Doos Open Denver" architecture event on Saturday, time permitting I'll come by the breakfast first. I won't have a P-car though, I plan to bring a bicycle along to get around Denver without parking hassles so I'll be driving something more mundane.
If anyone is interested in this event, the website is a disappointment but the info all seems to be there:
http://www.denvergov.org/doorsopende...1/Default.aspx
The event guide has the building numbers and opening times:
http://www.denvergov.org/DenverMaps/...eventguide.pdf
I want to check out East High School, maybe some of the other schools as well. I also want to see the train layout in the basement of Union Station. Maybe the Press Club building?
Any suggestions on must-see buildings?
(Late) Lunch is also in my plan, maybe Cuba Cuba, Pints Pub or? A Cuban sammitch sounds good but so does a ploughman's lunch and a lukewarm hand-pumped ale.
