Bumper replacement/ (Update about tint)

yes and when you remove the rear pads ( 2 X 10 mm nuts per pad) you are left with two awkward holes to deal with where the bumper side covers sit/fasten under the former rear bumper pad.

The option of a euro rear bumper is far better for that area. unless someone has a good idea for filling them in?

I thought there were three holes per rear pad? Not that it really matters...

Filling them in is as easy as the first... the side covers on the rear bumper can be difficult though. And yes there are 3 holes per side.

Its really hard to tell here but, you can kind of see how I filled in the holes on the rear bumper as well. I didnt bother with the side cover slots because I knew the euro bumper was on its way anyway.

And here is the euro bumper as it sits, which should be painted very soon.



as for the tint debate, I love having darker tint. I dont know what my % is but its probably around 15% at least. If my car was all original however I would consider having no tint, but here in Florida its just too hot to not have tint!

tint is also rather pleasant when you have no air conditioning..
