How much is a 83 944 n/a with 80k miles, euro spec from Germany, and Porsche script seats worth?

The only difference is the Euro aspect, as NADA is US spec cars.

Remember, in a 5-digit odometer, you don't know if that's 80k or 380k
You can't even trust a 6-digit 944 odometer, as they break a lot and are repaired after some mileage, and can also be rolled back.
Just go on the condition/mechanicals, don't let the odometer sway you
