Default Noise behind Steering Wheel

Im hearing a weird noise when I turn my steering wheel. It sound like metal to metal friction or something and its directly behind the wheel. HELP !

I think it may be the contacts for the horn..but that's just a guess.

Check your power steering fluid. Mine was low and I heard a similar noise.

Remove the steering wheel, and put grease on the horn contact ring.
