Question Question about factory full leather option
When a 944 had the full leather option, did the rear quater panels come in leather also? If so, can somebuddy show me a picture of where they had sewn it?

As far as I know, the rear NEVER came in leather.

My 87NA has the full leather interior and it does NOT have any leather on the rear quarter panels.

Rear panels were not any different. Hey Mike - you have any pictures of your full leather interior that you can share? Is it all black?

Check out the 87NA link in my sig for pics of a black full leather interior car. Check out the first couple parts... after that the interior went into storage for eventual installation in my 951.

The rear panels are not leather like others mentioned. You would have thought they would since the door panels were leather.

I had one a few months back for belt job, that had the FULL leather option. The bottom of the dash, center console, door panels, and arm rest were all leather, including back seat. I don't remember the back quarters being leather. I will try to find pics to post.

I don't think full leather is too common.

BTW, Full leather also includes leather E brake handle in addition to all the things Todd mentioned.

i have had several full leather cars, to my knowledge the rear parts were not leather covered

Full leather is not common at all. I have only seen about 2 cars in person with it, and a handful of people here on rennlist with it.
