If you know someone in Deutschland maybe they can find you a Euro front bumper. Otherwise, Fiberwerks bumpers are really nice.

Header Panel (the part between the lights with the crest on it)
Headlight Covers
Black Plastic Headlight Surrounds
Bumper Cover
Alumimum Bumper Bracket with Shocks
Fog Lights (and as much of their wiring as you can get from the donor car as the connections are different from the N/A).
Turn Signals (and wiring, same reason as above).
Batwing (the black plastic undertray)
IMHO, the 951/S2 front end is the best looking front end out there for these cars. Especially if you get a splitter for the bottom of it. The fiberworks and other aftermarket front ends just don't look "right" with the lines of the car. Others will argue, but that's just my opinion. The Carrera GT front cover looks great, but really only if you take it several steps further by getting all of the other GT/GTS body parts.

I've got a dented header panel, busted front spoiler and out of alignment front bumper so i've been looking for front end alternatives as well, how about the automotion turbo front conversion? Its a good price:

No offense intended to those who have bought the Automotion or similar turbo nose copies, but they don't look correct. You can spot them from a mile away. The front is very flattish and doesn't have the nice rounded look of the turbo. Plus the transition at the fronts of the fenders looks sorta goofy. Just my opinion though~

I'm veering towards the fiberwerks front then but the carerra GT is tempting.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what to do with the front of my 944. The turbo front end never sat right with me on an NA car. I just couldn't get into the Fiberwerks front. I loved the Carrera GT front end, but I couldn't help but feel like it would either be more money or more hassle than it was worth. In the end, I settled with a piece of garden edging, some double-sided tape and a few little metal brackets.
Not as spectacular as any of the other front ends... but it only cost about $30, so...

Brian, that looks really good!
The "black" plastic trim piece by the turn signal isn't so black anymore... it could use some black shoe dye. Or SEM paint.

both company's look good i have wanted to switch my front end for a really long time but money is and always will be in issue. i was told that even if you had a turbo front end you needed new fenders as well maybe thats why beerburners never sat correctly

The aftermarket turbo "upgrade" nose works with the n/a fenders, but if you want to use an OEM one you have to either get the turbo fenders or trim the n/a ones down.
edit: or maybe I misread what you are saying. In my case, I never actually bought one. I just didn't think it would work right on a car with such little power.
