944 Cabs

Luis- You'd better stop, or I'm gonna buy a ticket to come over and ****** your car! ; )
That car is BEAUTIFUL! I LOVE the black cabs with the top up. The top just looks so good for some reason. I never knew you had the gray interior. That is pure sex. I love it. Black/black is just too much, and that gray is amazing.
Your cab and Stephens are two of the best looking stock cars on here. That picture stephen posted is amazing with that black top. I don't care for 968's much, but a 968 cab...O my. I better leave this thread or I'm going to sell my car!

Can somebody please stop me from sobbing about the unmitigated beauty!!!!
Luis, I hate you.
Enjoy that car. That's a command, because if you cease -even for a second- I'm coming over there to take it.
Bastard!

Thanks for all the compliments.
I think few people realize how special the cabs really are, either in S2 or Turbo guise. You often see these unique cars in a sorry state and even the Turbo version changing hands for MUCH less than they're worth.
With a total production for both versions of only around 6K units (that's US and RoW), it makes you wonder when Porsche enthusiasts everywhere will begin to appreciate these true convertible sportscars of the '80s.
When a 944 cab thread pops up on Rennlist, as a satisfied 944 cabrio owner I can't help sharing my enthusiasm for these cars with the Porsche crowd!

The view I like the most of my car is the rear 3/4 view...Especially now that I have the big 17" rear tires on. I agree the car looks better with the top up. But top-down during a beautiful day is well worth whatever the case loses in the looks department.
