yup,

but it looks very dangerous, especially as the steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car !

Funny, I've always thought the opposite since most cab tops don't follow the coupe roof line. The biggest examples of this are Saabs, Minis and PT Cruisers. A lot of cabs with the top up remind me of Cadys with that fake convertable top.

To each their own though.

+1.

I actually LOVE the "long-n-sleek" look when it's top-down.

I had a VW cabrio, and the top never tucks away in those things... they always look weak with the top down, but the 944/968 look VERY classy to me.

One man's meat is another man's poison, I suppose.

The top doesn't tuck away on the 944/968 either. It sticks out just like the VW Cab. Then again putting the boot on it helps crunch it down a bit.

The top does stick up a bit...You can see how much gap is between the top and the body in this shot. I like the looks both top up and down...

Mello- Beautiful car! Black with linen is a nice option on a black car.

Stephen- You really need to do a photo shoot of that hott 968!

Stephen- That's where I first fell in love with your car. The wheels fit the car perfectly. I wouldn't choose any other wheel for that car.

We need more pics though!

Default My turn

First post as a member. *have conversed with Luis in the past about the weather seals. *if you get a cab, make sure all the seals are good and wind/water tight. the are scary expensive, and not easy to find.

Thanks CarbonRevo! I looooooved my white 951 but didnt like the Cab in white. Black/Linen is the way to go. Exterior and mechanically very clean. The interior is a bit rough though. My seals seem to be fine in the rain, however when I took the car into a touchless car wash, quite a bit of water was able to come in around the window.

NO NO NO, never use those things, the pressure is too high for a soft-top + the chemicals they use will eat them away eventually. HAND WASH ONLY.

There are ways to fix the water problems. My method was to keep her out of the rain. She's far too clean! lol
