Pending good weather I'm in, this will work well with the Motels concert later that night.

Michael, do you want to somehow incorporate wrenching on your car with the get together?

I am too. Frank, this is a get together to help Smac with his 951 timing belts. I will be coming late at around noon. Your sageness is always welcomed. As far as the Spec party, we should definitely plan something at your convenience. I am sure everyone would love to come to Legoland951 - the Old Duvai Gorge of 944's!

Never happen. 924 is the 944 progenitor

Just out of curiousity, will you be changing seals or rollers as well?

The seals and rollers were done during the last change about 11000 miles ago (5 years ago). Maybe we should just do the belt and wait on the waterpump. At least this way I can learn how to do the belt. I'm sure if the arnwerx tool will work though with an 86 pump? But, I have a new pump, rollers and seals, should we just change everything?

I say look at everything when we get it apart and decide then. Was the waterpump changed last time as well? If so then I'd wait on it as long as it isn't leaking and spins nice. I'll bring my set of arnworx tools as well just to have a backup, as well as my manuals.

The waterpump was not changed as far as I know. Do you have any other tools we might need? I have the basic stuff.
