I'd show up, if there will be other 944s. I think there is a new years run hosted by TRD (or something like that) that kicks off here in North Hollywood. I went last year in the 924, but the only group I could keep up with were the 914s. I eventually ran out of gas in the canyons though, so I would love a new venue.

PM Me if your going.

I would be happy to host a shindig in the Desert, but last time I proposed it.... Equidistant from LA and SD 120 miles, twenty minutes from Big Bear (twisties), lots of straight go-fast roads, ample parking (6.75 acres), plenty of grill space, local market has excellent rib-eyes, off-road fun, guns, dude-proof, etc. What am I thinking? We can't get a good turn-out in Irvine.

Michael, let's do it man. Me and you will pick a date and time, then see who shows up. At the very least, we'll get to finally hang out at the 'retreat'

I can do it on the 12th or the 26th. Next weekend we have out of town visitors and the 19th is my daughter's birthday. February is wide-open.

12th or anytime after works for me too. I'm up for hitting a little fun drive in the canyons of OC.
The run on the 1st sounds fun but... as much as I'd like to kill my visiting relatives, I wouldn't have time to bury them all by then.

I'm down with meeting at Big Bear! It's a helluva lot closer than Anaheim or Irvine (Altho I would trek all the way out there!). So is it looking like the 12th?

12th sounds doable. Hope we decide by then!

I'm going to do the drive on the 1st, so if anyone's interested, come on out so I don't get too lonely!

Also came across Super Car Sunday, next big one on Jan 27. Starts at Valley Center and 101, I think.
