Man, the people in the frozen north must be hating us talking about get togethers when their 944's are under 3 feet of snow.
Sorry, guys.

Thanks Michael, as long as good driving weather holds out I'll scoot out of here mid Sat morning for an overnighter.

Now is a good time for people to mention any special tools/parts that are needed.

Thanks Kevin. I hope the weather is nice and you decide to come. Besides myself, two others have confirmed.

Good idea. I have an okay assortment of tools. My air impact sucks and most tools are from China. I have plenty of lubes and fluids but I can't find my belt service set. So, the bar is pretty low.

Due to low turnout and key cancellations plus the SD gtg moving to the same date, next week's gtg is a no go. I guess it is too far for most. For those on board, pick a night locally and the beers are on me. Michael

Well dammit, that sucks! I drove to Anaheim, but SD seems a little far for just a day...

Given it's an overnighter, distance is hardly a problem, but I'd have to be well past stupid to take my "blood, sweat and tears" out on the wet roads when accident rates triple. And the wet season is in place.

A change in scenery from palm to pine is always nice.

Bummer!

You're local to me, only 19 miles away! I'm in Apple Valley near the river. Well maybe some other time. Was even gonna bring some of the best marinated chicken over for grilling!
