Frank,

Yeah, I'm just going to drive it there (with fingers crossed )
so, on the list for me are:
  • Tie rods (both sides)
  • Front strut inserts
  • rear shocks
  • check CV's while under the rear
  • check bearings and brakes etc

Looking forward to it !!!

Frank, I'm used to coming down the 710, but will be doing the 110/405-S. So, whats the exit ?? can I still take that 710 ramp and loop around ?? or is there an exit ??

Don

For any local lister interested, Performance Products has pretty good deals on 944 CV's ($50) and power steering pumps ($50) on their clearance table in Van Nuys. Michael

Hi, guys!

I should be there 9 - 9:30, with my 944, and strut inserts. She likes Frank...she really, really likes him!

Aw, missed you! We had some good fun, worked on 3 cars! Both Don's car and my car both snuggle down to the freeways nicely, hugging turns as they should...whoohoo!

Record 8 minutes one side and 10 minutes for the other side in changing front strut inserts. We got 2 sets of front inserts,1 set of rears, 2 tie rod ends, and an engine no start diagnostic all in one day. I am getting rid of cars so there will be more space for later gatherings.

You were slacking when you did mine. Took eleven minutes.

Chris,
I had a family reunion today so I couldn't make it but, I spotted you going north on the 57 freeway (I was going south) as I drove home at about 5:20 pm! What a coincidence!!!
