They wont have it in the store. THey can probably order the kit from SK or whatever the pro tool line they carry is. They might not know it as a cheeshead, they are often called triple square.

My guess its its hung up on the tbar housing (the big black tube running left to right). Support the transaxle so it isnt sitting on that, then start wiggling the tbar housing around. The long bolts that bolt it to the body (where the big fat rubber bushing on each side) get really wedged in there, and are a royal bitch to wiggle free. They have to be pushed on straight down, they wont come out at an angle like if youve undone all the bolts and are pulling down on the transaxle to drop the whole thing.

Your local, chain auto parts store should have them. They are called internal wrenches or something like that. Make sure you clean those heads out well (Q tips) and hammer the bit in for maximum grippage. Stripping them would be bad.

Voith, thats exactly how I got the last transaxle out. It looks identical to the cuts I made as I didn't want to get under the car so I started to cut from the back and on top of the gas tank. That is so funny.

hehe great minds think alike

it was funny how the transaxle moved out of place as soon as I cut the vertical cut above the gastank, the impact must of set the chasis tension a bit, so that I couldn't move it out of place when everything was together.

and it was nice to find a gas tank full of gas 80€ ftw

since I got all sawhappy, I cut the car a little more, so it now looks like this:

I ended cutting up the car by removing all of the body behind the dash and leaving all mechanical parts intact. With the front end complete, it looked like a fish with only the head and bones where the torque tube looked like the spine and the rear suspension/transmission looked like the tail fins.

do you have any pics of that? I'll prodobly cut it the same way, or maybe I'll put the running gear on the floor and than lift the chasis with excavator and put it beside and than cut it to pieces.

Wow, I thought having a forklift at my house was something. Your excavator beats all. I cut around the floor areas in front of the rear wheel all the way up to the bottom of the dash. Do this one side at a time. Then cut the remaining piece parallel to the torque tube an in half. Then, unbolt the 8 bolts holding each side of the suspension and lift off the relative small piece above the rear wheels and you are there.
