I'd like to buy the cruise control system if it can be fitted to a very early 83 944!

I love mine and would never own a 944 without CC. Never had any problems with it.

Why can't I have a working CC?! Mine works intermittently, and the car speeds up when I set it. Is is supposed to do that, only like 3 MPH but I have to plan ahead for it. Any suggestions?

Check clarks garage, as it could also be cruise control computer issues

I'd love to buy cc if someone's selling one.

I have CC on the S2 and it's a great thing to have on long road trips, like the 5K mile trip I did around the US back in 2002. Otherwise, it's best left untouched.

The way I drive, CC is pointless.

mine works great but it speeds up like 15 MPH when i set it- so i have to slow way down then hit the set lever and it jumps up to speed then levels off. Weird.

i have a cruise control servo- removed from an 86 turbo- not sure if it works or not never tried it- and i have two cruise computers both from 86 cars- one removed because the car was parted, the other removed because the cc lever broke off and we decided to yank everything else. Actually i could prob have the cable and another servo fs if i wanted it since its still on my brother in law's car.
