I have a few questions.
1. There are a few rattles. I know the car is 21 years old, but are there certin things in the car that work their way loose that I can tighten up?
2. The headlights aren't that bright. I saw a kit on 944online. Do I need to upgrade the wiring harness?
3. I also saw on 944online a headlight relay that is attached to the headlight motor? Are those the same for all model years?
Thanks,
Chris

Welcome to Rennlist Chris!
Yes, rattles are common in a 20+ Porsche. It's just a matter of systematically tracking them down. I had a broken wastegate bracket and a heat shield that cracked into 3 pieces. Took me a while to get that straightened out.
Call Travis at RennBay about his lighting kit. You don't need a new harness with his kit. It's a big improvement over stock lighting.

AFAIK the the headlight relays are the same. Travis can probably explain it in better detail than my self.

i would clean up the grounds and think about some h4 lenses. Look and work much better than stock. Hatch usually rattles- pins need tightened slightly. Dash will creak when it gets cold- sometimes alittle lithium grease helps...sometimes.

I've heard great things about Rennbay harnesses. But you don't really need them if you stay with the stock wattage lights. I just upgraded to Hella H4 euros, which are far brighter than the stock sealed lamps. It's a quick, easy upgrade that takes under 10 minutes.
I guess I'm lucky, haven't noticed any rattles or creaks. My knees make more noise than my car :-)
