Car sputtering on hard left turns
I had the 924S at the track this weekend, and was having an issue with the car sputtering. Towards the end of the sessions (30 min) on one particularly hard left turn, the car would start sputtering. It was like the fuel was sloshing around in the tank. My gas guage doesnt work, so I went out to the gas station, and filled up. Only took 10 gallons, so I had 7 or so in the tank. But after filling up the problem didnt show up again on my next session on the morning. Our second session of the day it showed up again. Anyone have any ideas?

I've never had a problem on left-hand turns with fuel starvation due to the location of the fuel pick up (passenger side). Now right handers with only a gallon or two of gas in another issue

The problem wasnt fuel starvation. It was doing it with a full tank!! Popping the gas cap off and releiving some pressure seemed to work, but this has never happened before and Ive been on track in hotter conditions.

Maybe there's some piece of shmutz that's floating around and only starts blocking when left turns push it over. When was the last time you changed the fuel filter?

Is the motor mount flexing so badly it's kinking the fuel lines when the engine moves under accel/torque loading? Just a thought....if the fuel lines are snug against the fuel rail...

Is the car completely cutting out?
Might look and see if your battery is actually tied down. I had that problem with I first bought mine and in a lefty it would ground out to the hood. It's probably not cause it took a while to start, unless ot broke somehow, and I'm sure they make you check that before getting on the track but just an idea.

The car doesnt completely cut out it just has no power for a second then it comes back on. The battery is tied down, but not as tighly as Id like because the replacement battery I got is a little smaller than the battery it replaced.

Yes. The fuse block was bad. One of the connections on the back of the block was broken, and when the car moved the contact was broken and it shut down. When I got under the dash I started wiggling the wires on the back of the block and every time I wiggled this one wire on the back of the block the car died.
