Default how to raise the back of my car?

I already did my front rotors and pads and now I want to do the rears. For the fronts I just put the front of the car up by jacking it up and putting jack stands under the front frame rails and blocking the rear wheels.

now for the rear I have seen the picks of where the rear jack stands go but the pics are not clear to me and I can't figure out where the rear jackstands go. anyone have a real life picture of the rear on jackstands (pic of under the car)

whenever I raise my whole car I put the rear wheels on ramps and the front on jackstands as I don't know for sure where the rear stands go.

thanks.

so it's the tube sticking out the side right? I thought that would not be strong enough but I guess it is.

yeah I can't see anything from that diagram it's not clear at all to me I need to see real life pics.

think I'll use the tube ends hopefully it won't collapse on me lol. I'll leave the jack under the transmission just in case.

I always prop the rear on the torsion tube housing, but closer to the center of the car.
