My first project on my 944 (when I bought it for 800 bucks) was to huck that hideous reflector. I plugged the holes with some carpet clips from the auto parts store until I got it painted 1.5 years later.

I don't particularily care for the light bars, but I can tolorate the blank ones. The "turbo" is ok, too. I don't like the "944" or the "Porsche", especially since the latter doesn't even have the same font.

My car had one ("Porsche") when I bought it. I don't like it. Unfortunately, the PO had really banged up the rear panel to install it. If I remove it, I'll have to straighten out/replace the rear panel and paint. I also REEEAALLY hate the license plate on the bumper. I'd also have to fill the holes on the bumper and paint that as well.

Someday...
I'll replace the rear bumper with the Euro spec bumper and paint the whole car.

The taillight panels are not made by Porsche. They are all aftermarket, that's why they don't match.

I would hate having my plate dangle like that.

Yeah I have one on my 944 and I don't really mind it yet. I may take it off one of these days to see the difference.

The plate does not 'dangle'...mine has a rather sturdy bracket that is lighted....I think it's just a matter of what you like.

951 has one. I dont particulary care for the look but dont hate is as much as i used to just seeing it in the pictures. The PORSCHE is sort of tinted so its hard to see even during the day and does not light up to brightly at night. Needless to say i hate the look of the plate on the bumper though...and i need to relocate it anyway for the euro bumper .

You spent the time to weld in the holes and repaint yet you haven't centered the rear plate's height?
