Default Looking for a LSx to drop into your 944? (must have big kahunas to enter)

Pulled this off CorvetteForum. No affiliation with seller. Just wanted to see if anyone wanted to REALLY go fast.

I have been kicking around selling my famous 403LS2 Stroker and Kenne Bell S/C. I would be doing this cause I have seriously been considering pulling the trigger on a 454LSx stroker.

As most of you know, this setup is pretty well known. I have spent 2 years and 10's of thousands of dollars putting it together. I recently had the motor built my LME (Late Model Engines) It actually isn't even broken in yet. Right now its at LAPD (Los Angeles Performance Division) being broke in and tuned.
I was having a cooling problem when I first fired it, but it ended up being a cooling fan problem and NOT a motor problem.
My setup has the best of the best of the best in/on it.

I will sell it in 2 seperate combos
1) ENTIRE setup
2) Longblock/Supercharger

Heres the breakdown

Supercharger:
1) Polished Kenne Bell 2.8H Supercharger (This is NOT the standard 2.6)
2) Original prototype stainless steel intake tube/filter
3) ALL associated parts pieces.
4) Multiple additional idlers,brackets, pulleys

Total: 9,000.00 (Due to the upgraded blower and intake)
Motor:
1) LS2 403ci Stroker (Built by Late Model Engines) 9.0:1
2) Callies Racemaster Crank $1500.00
3) Manley billet rods $1000.00
4) Custom Wiseco -25cc forged pistons. $700.00
5) Clevite bearings $200.00
6) 100% ARP studded $200.00
7) Cam motion 227/237 cam $400.00
8) LS2 timing chain $150.00
9) NEW SPEC Billet twin disc clutch $1,600.00
10) ATI 8 rib pulley system $600.00
11) ECS 8" billet crank pulley $500.00
12) Melling oil pump
13) Block, labor, machining, and misc parts $1,900.00

Total: $8,900.00

Heads:
1) AFR 225 72cc heads. (Just got back from AFR. 100% perfect)
2) Patriot springs
3) Head Studs
4) Cometic Gaskets

Total: 2700.00

If you were to build this setup, it would CONSERVATIVELY cost you $20,600.00

Remember, this isnt your basic shortblock assembly. This is also a billet clutch, 8 rib pullies, etc etc etc...

I will sell the ENTIRE setup for 16,500.00

This is a turn key 800+rwhp 800+rwtq combo. The motor is BRAND NEW. The blower has LESS than 100 miles on it, and the heads have less than 1500-1800 miles. (0 miles since gotten back from AFR)

I will sell the blower setup for $6,750.00 (You will need to buy a hood from KB. I'm not sure, but I assume it would cost around 700.00)

I will sell the motor, heads, clutch, pulleys for $9,750.00

I am non-neg on this price. I dont need/really want to sell. I just got a wild hair up my ****..

BTW, I will not sell the blower unless I can sell the motor as well. I need a way to pay for the 15 grand its gonna cost me on the new setup...

Lemme Know..

.....

ORRRRR, buy the whole car for 69,000.00:yesnod:

Somebody buy it and install it just so we can see a 924/944/968 chassis sheer in half from 1000 ft/lbs of power.

No it wouldn't shear in half. Both CV's would snap and send the rear wheels flying off into outer space.
