Smokie - get the brushed aluminum/stainless pedals too and it'll look even better.

+1 on the CF closeup.

Looks great. Is the dash kit hard to install?

Thanks. I had an extra dash that I had squirreled away that I sent to Rob Budd to have him reupholster so I can't speak to how difficult it is. Given the cost of the kit and the fact that you'll be staring at it every time you drive the car, IMHO it's worth paying a pro to do it right.

Taking the old dash out and re-installing the new wasn't really hard, just lots of fasteners to keep track of. As long as you're pretty **** about putting them in baggies, labeling the baggies and taking a digital picture here and there it's not that big of a deal.

Looks great. I wouldnt change a thing. Probably cost you a fortune. I like the wheel too. I dont think the 930 wheel would look any better.

Thanks guys. I really don't mind the critiques, stuff like this is very subjective, so to each their own. My purpose in posting the pics is just to show some possibilities, if others are inspired or whatever then that's great.

Cheers.

It makes the car look fresher...no way does that interior look 20 years old. Good work!

I email Porsche and told them I found a new interior designer. No response yet.
Well you've found a way to make your interior look even more incredible. How is the build quality of the dash trim? What did you do for the vent *****?

There was a reference made to a kit from "Garage 9" that allows you to remove and block out the clock. How do I contact Garage 9, do they have a website?

The build quality is quite good and it was easy to apply. All the holes lined up perfectly, etc. The 'CF' trim is this flexible plastic with adhesive on the back. You just clean the surface that it's being applied to real well with Windex, heat up the trim with a hair dryer to activate the glue and apply.

The vent ***** came from Prestige Parts out of the UK. Garage 9 has some too but I just liked the ones from Prestige better.

Garage 9 used to be called Jager Engineering, the URL is http://jageng.com/garage9/

I still owe you guys some closups of the 'CF' trim, I'll try and do that tonight.
