Default Seat belt mounting plate

how do you get under the tunnle( center console) to install a seatbelt mounting plate? Im going to use 85.1 seats in a 85.5 that does not have predrilled holes for seatbelts.

There's a bump under the carpet on the tunnel where the belts used to hook on. Drill it out there.

What are the measurements from where the body's sheet metal connects to the base of where the rear seats are, and the height from the point where the hole is located?

Measure like this:

| <---base of rear seat sheet metal
|
| <--measure from here_> o <--hole
