944Fest (August 10th & 11th): Registration NOW OPEN
944Fest.com
Just wanted to let everyone know I just got done updating the site for Dan and this years event. Registration is now open for Track drivers and Spectators.
I "think" everything is working correctly but, if not, let me know. You should be able to register online, your name will go on the "track drivers" list, you will get a confirmation email and you will be taken to the payments page where you can pay with PayPal or send in a Money Order.
Also this year I added a little web forum / post page / thingy. Check it out and post something up to it. It's just a place to give a shout out, gather caravans to the fest, talk crap.. you know. the usual.
Check it out and let me know if you find any bugs.

1) The Home page says $20 for non-track participants but the registration page says $25.
2) For for the registration of non-track participants it ask for a "Rennlist member name", is this necessary. I was going to post the 944Fest link on the Pelican forum but this may be a turn off for some.
3) I made a mistake when I was doing the track registration, now my name is listed 2 times. Sorry about that but when you try to jump back stuff happens.

Seb-
That's strange.. Maybe your browser was saving the old page. Try refreshing and submit again. The old waiting list page is still there from last year but nothing should be pointing to it yet.
Mark-
Don't worry about it. I will take the second name off the list. Also, it was Dan's choice to give first preference to drivers who are Rennlist Members as a way of supporting Rennlist. Last year the track filled up with just Rennlist Members. If there are still spots left after the cut off, which is in the middle of next month, then the track is open to everyone. Just coming to hang out is available for everyone now if they just want to come by and see what it is all about.

Three Wheelin'
<--Membership decal on the way
So I'm all signed up and ready to go. Too bad its still three months away. Its so bad that I think I might just have to go to Putnam in a month to satiate my thirst.
