Default No-VA emissions

OK... I am a bit compulsive and bought another 951.
This one requires a bit of body work and paint but otherwise seems to be great!
The only thing missing is the CAT has been replaced with a tube.

Anybody in Northern VA had a problem at the emissions station with this?
If so what High Flow cat do you reccomend?
Thanks JC

I don't think there is any way a turbo will pass with no CAT unless you know a friendly inspector.

Before they even put the car on the rollers theyll put the car on a lift and check for things like the cat.

I gotta say: If we want to go fast once in a while, great--put in a by-pass to skip the cat. But the rest of the time, blow the gases through there. For your kids, or mine, and esp the grandkids. Shouldn't take much to make a cable-controlled or pressure-controlled by-pass--presumably with less muffler back-pressure, too. Someone out there needs to start making them, and make some money selling them.

LIES! mine passed with near LEV standards last time it was tested... was with a cat.

then, ask Gregeast about his emissions and lack of a catalyst.

You could stuff an actual cat in your exhaust pipe and there would be absolutely zero emissions save for annoyed meows.
