ive seen one car that something stuck in the odometer and it went from 105k to 205k in like three seconds- then just worked normally like nothing had happened. They just swapped out the gauge to correct it - not sure what the problem was.

What is the lifespan of a 944 engine? trans?
I would assume a clutch job is on the horizon. 115K is about the high end for one even with the best driver IMHO.
But otherwise, considering the work that was put into this car. If it is documented, it is a nice start.
I just do not know how much usuable life is left in a car with that kind of mileage.

Ask Andy - he has a 944 with like 340,000 miles. I know there are a few others here with 944s with over 300,000. There are many 968s with over 200k miles, like the one my mom just bought today!!!
