and rollers, you're taking them off anyway, so might as well replace them. seals are under some of the rollers. Honestly, it's preventative maintinance to do seals. they'll leak eventually, while you're in there, replace them so you don't need to worry about it.

BTW, what year is your car? It has an updated water pump which is good and the wp pulley looks very new - any history on when this pump was installed? I'll bet not too long ago. It does look like oil has made its way in there.... definitely time for seals...

If you will allow me to give this a different perspective. If you are able to set aside about 600 bucks before doing the work, then why NOT do it youself? For about that much you can send the head w/ bent valves, as a core, to a couple of vendors and replace it yourself. If you F it up agian you'll be a damned guru. lol
