Yeah, the next time I install one I plan on documenting it. It really isn't all that hard, I have just gotten good at it from doing it so many times on the NA.

Need another part to make custom for the 44's that would be good?

How about the delrin torque tube inner bearing sleeve diagrammed in the clarks article HERE

I trying to track down a major scream in the rear end under load. Will do tranny fluid this week, but also keeping torque tube bearings in mind as the car has 155K miles on it...

Awesome job Dan! My best to you. Keep the website updated with the track 951 project. I can't wait to see what you do with it. Oh, and if you remember my part request for manufacture, maybe you can squeeze it in sometime...who needs sleep anyway?

Albert - definatly on the agenda - you'll be the first to know!

And yeah - people, I put my personal phone number on the site for a reason - to call and talk to me! If you have a part request, maintenance need, or simply a technical question..........feel free to give me a ring.

Hey Dan congrats on your new endeavor, I'm wondering if you can make something for me. I need a shim or even a bushing that'll take up the gap between a late style front sway bar end and an early end.

I have an early that I put a M030 front sway bar in but the end bushings are different, I now have a 1/2" cap around the bushings that I need to fill. Could be made from aluminum, Delron, anything as long as it fills the gap and holds the bar the way it should.

Thanks,
Tom

Correct me if I'm wrong, but those cam studs look like they act as the caps on the cam cover too.

Now THAT is a neat idea, no more lost bolts under the cam :P

Tom - no prob, actually have the delrin in stock - all I need are dimensions.

Paul - Got your email last night and the gears in my head are already turning......

V2rocket - nope, these are identical to the original save for one dimension.

Yeah...you are wrong. Those are only the bolts that hold the cam cover on.
