Default FS: Club race legal torsion bars (for coil overs)

For sale is a set of custom "skinny" torsion bars to be used with coil over shocks and still remain legal for PCA club racing stock classes.

$50

i have a question- how do they know what you have in there? Do they pull your tube apart and check it?

I've never had anyone check... The easy way to do it would be to drill an inspection hole -- like in a roll bar.

It's not illegal to run the skinny bars so they are really only interested if you have something in there. I would think they could pull the lower shock mount bolt and feel for the resistance. There would still be some with the skinny bars.

Not trying to blow your sale, but I think PCA stock classes allow removal of torsion bars for coilovers starting this year - maybe I'm wrong though.
I've heard of some people claiming coathangers as torsion bars in the past

From the 2007 rule book (page 11):
2. Suspension
D. Spring type must remain as supplied by the factory.
E. Spring rates are free.

In SP2 or SP3, chart A cars may remove the torsion bars (pages 17 & 19)

No problem -- that's why I'm removing them.
