Looks great Dan! I look forward to seeing pics on the car in the sun. I bet it will really sparkle! After looking into the costs of PC, I've decided I am going to be painting my wheels too. I will use BASF products since I still have half of the second can of the Glasurit primer/surfacer that I had used on the car. Did you use a "standard" Dupont 2K primer or something else?

well- actually to tell the truth i used House of Colors -Shimron silver glamour metallic- and Kosmic reducer for the color(bet they dont make that in a PC huh?) and i used some industrial Dupont clear that we had used for a car we painted awhile back instead of the say 7900s chroma clear or PremierDupont Chroma-clear that i would usually use. Good stuff and for a wheel i dont need to buff it out or anything to make it nice and smooth. The wheel actually looks like glass-i guess my camera sucks ars.

im pretty picky about exact colors on things so a basic "silver" wont work for me- it needs to be the RIGHT color. I actually had some custom mix Dupont Chroma silver w/ lots of pearl in it i was thinking of using but it didnt look right next to my Graphite car.

I don't know, I've seen quite a few "Gotta have booooost!" grafitti lines in silvery pearl paint down by the Ohio River here in the Queen City.

Beautiful, dude. To me, they look so much better like that than when the centers are painted dark (just my opinion...).
