I think Baltic Blue = Dove Blue.
The intArweb paint code lookup sheet says its Dove Blue, the Certifercate of Authenticity says its Baltic.

Perhaps despite being a German car built in Germany, Porsche had some special paint colors they only applied to cars they were sending to Japan.
Or perhaps the car was Baltic Blue originally, but was resprayed to something similar in Japan. That way you could never tell from the engine bay or jambs that it was resprayed, however the car now sports a special Japanese type of paint.
What's the color code on your car?

Might want the check the Audi paint locker for Dove Blue. Audi Bamboo Metallic and Porsche Light Gold Metallic apparently share a mix code but not a name in the US, but one of the video games actually calls it's gold 944 Turbo color "Bamboo" so maybe there's a little continental name game going on between Audi and Porsche.
