What is a decent, not overly expensive GOOD SOUNDING muffler for my Turbo S? I am thinking of putting a 40 Series flowmaster on as I like the way it sounded on my 944S however, I am told it might not sound the same/as good. I am open to suggestions. I have a 2.5" stock exhaust now.

flowmasters are way too loud and don't really sound good on a 4cyl.

Just ordered a Borla XR1 from this site, cheapest one I've found online yet, $116 shipped. They have the different sized ones too.

Flowmaster Super 40 for the track. With a stock cat it sounds real good, but really raspy when you incorporate a high flow catalytic converter.

Don't really remember what it sounded like. If i have the 2.5" with a cat do you think it would be too loud for the street? Do you remember what my 944S sounded like? How would that compare?
