Default Dyno tie down points

I need some help figuring out where the tie down points for dyno straps would be on my 86 951. I have exhausted the search feature, there doesnt seem to be a post with any answer to the question. I know control arms are not a good place because they can bend, but I did read that someone had some hooks underneath their car where they attached dyno straps.

So whats the best place to have the shop attach the straps or where did you have your car strapped down when you dynoed?

If I do not have those hooks, is there another way to safely strap the car down to the dyno?

get the hooks! you can used the rear swaybar if you have to- or strap it around the torsion tubes- getting the straps before you dyno would be ideal they come in uber handy.

The Paragon tow hooks are fine for the 944 NA but I don't recommend them for the Turbo. The problem is the rear air foil blocks access to the hooks with a tow or tiedown strap. Also the left hook will end up wedged in very close to the muffler with limited clearance.

So it looks like the first link should be better for my turbo. I dont plan on doing alot of dyno runs, just 3 or 4 pulls to get a baseline.
