I just installed a Lindsey Boost Enhance and although I think i did it correctly there is a kink in the hose. Is this ok? Here are some pics.

You need to trim down those hoses, they're holding it up too high. Look at the picture on the LR website to get an idea.

That hose is definately shorter than mine. I'll try it but since it was already kinked in that spot it seems as though it would still kink in the new position.

That kink will cause problems.

Try to route that longer line around the 2nd intake runner.

Didn't think of that but don't think there is enough hose.

The LBE is actually resting right on the bracket of the Fuel pressure Dampener

Does this help?

funny thing happened today. Marisa has pneumonia. no thats not the funny thing. I am a captive at the house so i cleaned the garage, put the stuff in back of the miata in front of the 951, put the phone dials on the NA, put the 968 rims on the S2, put the car cover in the hatch of the S2.

in order to do that i had to back the turbo out. when i pulled it in i didnt pull it all the way in. i left enough room to walk around the car from the front. so all i had to do was go out the door walk in back of the miata, which is possible now that the extra roofing materials are not ther, walk between the cars which is possible now that the jogging stroller is not in the middle, in front of the 951 and around to open the hood.

The line between the intercooler pipe and LBE was kinked, and the car would cut out from running to lean in 4th and 5th gear. Fixed the line and that fixed the problem

Um...what does the LBE do all by itself.

It holds pressure until a certain set point and then it allows pressure to flow freely to the waste gate. By doing so it speeds up your spool time and you make maximum boost.

For the record, getting kinky with the vacuum hoses is not a good idea.
