ok so maybe i should have added all the pictures on the first post- just thought i would freak a couple of you out...hhehehehe dont criticize my placement yet, they are just sitting in there- need to tac them in place and weld them up...

That nose panel looks familiar . Its a weight off my shoulders seeing it put to good use. You have no idea how bad i felt cutting that thing up with a dremel when i mailed it out.

well, originally i was thinking of ditching the intercooler duct from the bumper- then i decided that most the air would come from that high pressure area- then i decided to cut the duct so the two center vents would contribute to that air- but now im thinking just for looks and engine bay temps...

The cheapest way to relieve the under hood press and vent temps is to remove the firewall to hood gasket. Also improves IC flow.
A better version is to just cut the ends back.

right you are- im more interested in the look than the benefits- my n/a had the vented nose and its kind of become my trade mark i guess- that and it wouldnt be my car if i didnt do things on the path less traveled.
