Ugh... I hope to hell that's a removeable hardtop, otherwise BMW loses massively for not even trying to blend the top with the body of the car... There are some good lines on that car, but the side view looks to be one of the weakest.

If that is the new 944 then a solstice coupe would be the new rx7. i say yes it is. but for the useless back seats, it follows the theme, has more power than the last 944s or S2s plus a lot of nifty safety and convenience stuff for about the same sticke price as a S2.

Sad how Bangle messed up BMW. The cars went from looking solid and bullet like, to being angled and "concept car" like, with sharp folds that ruin the fun!

Check out www.roadandtrack.com November 2006 issue...it shows a possible 2011 Porsche 928. Very cool.
PS...
The BMW Z4 coupe looks hideous...nothing like a 944.

btw, what's a good price for a set of 968 mirrors and door handles in a package deal (both handles and mirrors at once)?

In person it looks much better...
Does not look like a 944, but as the same kind of proportion,
long hood, rear hatch etc...
I don't how it's gonna go trought time with a styling like that ?
A Cayman would be much better
