I would love to try to get another one together for this sunday or maybe next sunday. Let me know some dates and ya'lls availability and I'd be more than willing to try to put something together. I had a blast today! Can't wait to do it again!

It was good to meet everyone. Actually I thought the ride was boring. Becca and I were hoping for more twisties and a bit more speed, instead of riding along major roads at 8 MPH over the speed limit. Lunch was the highlight, getting a chance to meet and chat with everyone.
There is a PCA trial run, in preparation for the Spring Tour, on Sunday December 10. We will leave the Ramada in Clemmons and drive to Pipestem Resort, WV. At Pipestem, we will eat lunch and then explore the WV mountains. Pipestem is a three hour drive from Clemmons and we will be travelling up I-77 (turning off US 421). We will be at this point in the fun run about 10 AM . It will be an easy hour cruise from Charlotte.
If anyone from Charlotte is interested in this drive, I'll arrange a meeting place and hang back for the meet. Once we meet, I'll take the lead and drive aggressively to catch up with the group. We are anticipating 20 cars for this run, and Bryson Kiser has an exceptional talent for finding the "less travelled roads". The Spring Tour will hopefully include 100 P-cars from NC, VA and WV.
If you would like to attend this drive, post in this thread or PM me. Becca and I would love to be included in the next Charlotte drive. We had a good time and would like to do it again.

I'm in! and I still want to come ride some horses! And for the ride, I'm thinking Nov 25th. My girlfriend and I are planning on going up to the Asheville area for the day and to do some driving so anyone is welcome to come. No real stops planned, but welcome for ideas. I have some roads in mind. If anyone is interested either Pm me or post here.

always up for a ride that anyone plans.
the auto show is this weekend in charlotte.
boring - now you went and hurt my feelings
with respect to the boring ride - it wasn't setup as an aggressive drive. 130 miles, 3-hr roundtrip, home for the games. some drivers stated specifically they would not be driving aggressivly. I dont subscribe to aggressive street driving anywhere but rural isolated roads such as those on the Stokes County run. The street is unforgiving.
I'm not sure the roads that you are suggesting are available when launching from charlotte as the twisties lie in the foothills and mountains.
Stokes county is phenomenal, by the way.
there were several sections in sunday's run where i'm sure you could have lost your na if you had held here out, and a few nice straights. The landscape and open air was refreshing.
